City Plan

The City Council created the City Plan Working Group in 2020 to research and produce a plan for the city of St Asaph. The project has involved meeting with partners to discuss those issues concerning residents to see what could be done to improve the city.

At its meeting in September 2026, the City Council approved the final plan for 2026-2031 and a copy can be found on the link below. The group will continue to work to deliver projects and will keep the plan updated.
